Meinhardt was responsible for the civil, structural and building services for this 29 storey office tower, underground banking hall and exhibition centre and 10 storey carpark building. Post-tensioning beam and R.C. slab construction is used for the tower with the carpark building in R.C. construction. The gross floor area approx. 100,000m2.
