The proposed development involves the redevelopment of the site by complete demolition of the existing office building and necessary enabling works in the existing basement areas and relocating of STP and swimming pool to allow uninterrupted operation of the existing Grand Melia Hotel during construction.

The project comprises 40 storey office tower atop a 3 levels retail podium and a 6 levels basement with total GFA of approx. 161,570 sqm. The project is  located at  Jl. HR. Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Indonesia and  over a site area of 12,598 sqm. The office tower and retail podium will have floor area of 110,500 sqm.
