The project is the completion of the hotel component at Gandaria City, South Jakarta. The total GFA of this hotel is 28,500 sqm and will be managed by the Starwood Group under the Sheraton Hotel Operation

This is a 5-star hotel and has 17 floors and 300 roomkeys, with facilities such as;

Lounge, all-day dining, specialty restaurant, fitness, changing rooms and pool deck,

Ballroom, multi function space and meeting rooms

Front and back of house offices, central kitchen and guest laundry
