The project will involve the land development for a Residential Estate, which will be on a reclaimed island offshore from the existing Pantai Mutiara Estate in North Jakarta. The site area of the project is 63 Ha.

The development will consist of sub-divisions of low rise residential, sub-divisions high-rise apartments, commercial and public buildings.
