LOGOS redeveloped the existing site of 10.77 hectares (107,737m2) upon acquisition into a 3-Storey Ramp Up Distribution Centre (DC) with GFA of 155,000m2. The parcel of land is 10,661 m2 and the gross floor area is 5,604 m2.

The development consisting of:
– Warehouse (3 storey): 130,000m2
– Office (5 storey): 10,000m2 Others (Staff Lockers/Mosque/Canteen/Toilets/Driver’s Rest Room/Guard Houses) = 5,000m2
– Cold Storage Optional: 10,000m2
