This is a unique and high quality holiday villa and entertainment development located at the foot of the mountain (Puncak). The site of 24,000 sqm has been designed as a private five-star resort with Balinese styled architecture and landscape featuring an accommodation building (approx. 300 sqm) named ‘Wantilan” and a number of small featured buildings such as pagodas, bales, kul-kul, trellis, horse stable, amphitheatre etc; and a magnificent and extensive garden landscape and water features including cascading rice padis field.

Water features include continuously water flowing and naturally formed channels, two man-made lakes, waterfall, main swimming pool with glass bottom built over a cave, bubble beds, and a heated spa. Water channels also serve as irrigation to the rice field. Water is sourced by pumping from the nearby natural water streams and deep ground water wells during the dry season. The resort requires an electrical supply of 200 kVa (from 2x100kVa generators) to power the whole features and facilities.

Gas flame towers located all over the site are also one of the key features of the development. Gas is reticulated and is supplied from the central source.
