The Spa is developed on the site of 1.8 Ha and consists of a cluster of Villas with resort like facilities and solely dedicated to spa and treatment facilities which is the first of its kind.  The Spa development includes 15 individual two storey Villa Suites, 6 separate pavilions for reception/lobby/restaurant/shops, counseling services, greeting, administration, and main services building, and a main swimming pool. Each individual villa is built in traditional Balinese style with outdoor showers, a private pool, open-sided pavilions, private courtyards, and landscaped gardens. 

The site is sloping down from main site entrance to the Ayung River at the back of the site at 70 m elevation difference. The site is effectively divided into upper and lower sloping platforms, about the centre of the site, by steep 45⁰ slope over some 35 m long.
