This proposed development is for Mixed-use Development located in Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi with total GFA for phase 1 is 149,810 sqm.  The overall site area extends to approximately 120,000 sqm.  A further 40,000 sqm is reserved for a housing development which will integrate with the Golf course.
